Forage is a food and gut journal, not a medical device. It provides fiber tracking, educational context, and pattern clues based on your own logged data. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified clinician before making medical or dietary decisions.

What the app does

Forage lets you log food fiber, bowel movements, and daily gut notes. Over time it surfaces correlations between foods and gut outcomes based on your entries. These pattern clues are diary comparisons — they are not proof of cause and should not replace medical advice.

Your data

All data you enter is stored locally on your device. Forage does not require an account and does not upload your journal to any server. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings screen.

Subscriptions and purchases

Forage Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase ($24.99) or an annual subscription ($14.99/yr with a 3-day free trial). Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the applicable store. Lifetime purchases do not renew.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Forage only for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its data.
